In our meetings, you will have the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings. A therapist is not there to give advice, but seeks to help you focus and understand more clearly the issues that concern you.

Therapy focuses on how we make sense of our life. The way we cope when something hurtful happens, the way we react when something good happens.

It helps us understand how we express our feelings; how we deal with our moods and the moods of others; also how we see ourselves.
People often find that when we hear ourselves say things it can help us get a better understanding of what is happening, so we can make more sense of life.
